The world is changing rapidly. Technologically, we are experiencing immense and rapid changes. Along with this change, our world, like our companies, is aging. As a member of the 70s, I experienced a period of poverty, from homes without televisions and carrying water from neighborhood fountains to establishing companies in virtual worlds like the Metaverse, visiting art exhibitions, and attending concerts—all unimaginable. While this change was technologically positive, we have ruthlessly destroyed many ecological cultures and our natural environment. Now, we are plunged into a rush and effort to save the world we have so ruthlessly destroyed, or to put it more bluntly, we have been reduced.

It`s not just our world that is aging; it`s our companies, the technologies, the tools, and the corporate governance styles that are aging. In a process that began with the industrial revolution in the 1800s and has gained tremendous momentum, especially in the last three or four years, we must effectively manage the triad of SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT, ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION, and ECONOMIC GROWTH, from all its aspects, to its full potential.
